Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Babuu Baby Enterprise. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Pre-Order Collection delivery timeline is about 14 working days.

Your order will be delivered by Poslaju or Gdex courier and require a signature to acknowledge receipt. If no one is available to receive the parcel, you will get a card to advise that a delivery has been attempted and where your delivery can be collected. It is important that you collect your parcel in respective Poslaju or Gdex branch within the given time frame. Any uncollected parcel will be shipped back to our warehouse and the cost for another delivery attempt is to be borne by buyer.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or Whatsapp.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Additional standard shipping fee will be charged for the re-delivery if your parcel is bounced back to us.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Babuu Baby Enterprise ships to addresses within the Malaysia addresses.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/Whatsapp once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Order consists of pre-order and ready stock items

Your order will be delivered together in one parcel with pre-order items. Split shipment is strictly not allowed.

Damages

Babuu Baby Enterprise is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
